Ticket Task Feature

Start Task

After the task has been added, select the intended task to start working on it. Then, you will see a popup of ticket task, and click the 'Start Task' button.

A configuration is available to initiate starting task immediately upon being created.

You will get a notification if the task has already started, and the task status will change to "On Going", as shown below.

Duration Task

Task duration is determined initially upon task created. There is a tooltip in the duration field that displays the task duration details, which helps track the task's duration after reopening. Each duration item is described below:

  • Duration: Indicates the time frame since the task was created.

  • Times reopened: Indicates the number of times this task has been reopened.

  • Previous duration: Once the task is reopened, the duration that was previously in the "New Duration" section will be moved to this field.

  • New Duration: This represents the duration when the user began a task by clicking the "Start Task" button. This parameter will have the same value as the duration field if the configuration for automating the start task after created is enabled.

In the to do list section, tick the needed element to complete the task.

Comment Task

To add comment to a task, select the intended task. Then, you will see a popup of ticket task. In the discussion section, enter your comment and click the 'Send' button.

Timeline Task

The timeline aims as a historical record of the task's ongoing activities. To view the timeline, click the 'Timeline' tab at the popup bottom of the ticket task.

Finish Task

If the tasks have been completed, you can mark the task as concluded by selecting it and click the 'Finish Task' button.

You will get a notification if the task has already finished and the task status will change to "Done" also move to the list as completed task.

Reopen Task

This feature was developed with the aim of reopening a task if it is concluded as unfinished task although the user already marked this task as finished. To use this feature, select a task with the status "Done". Then, a popup ticket task will appear. Click the 'Reopen Task' button.
