Customer Rating

In the bottom left side of the ticket or when an agents closed a conversation with customers, the agent can add rating for customer to how agents feel about customer inquiries when the agent handles customer tickets etc.

If the agent submitted rating, you can view the report of customer rating in the analytic > live agent > customer rating. You can view the number of ratings and the average rating score on the customer rating bar graph and table customer rating from each ticket that can be filter by date range and customer name. In addition, you can be download customer rating to a .XLS, .PDF, .CSV or .TXT files, as shown below.
