# Import Audience

When you are assigned to register several or even many audiences, it will take quite a long time if you register and input one audience at a time. This feature allows by makes it easy for you to add multiple audiences at one time using file uploads. The below is an explanation of the steps how to importing audience files.

### Step 1: Upload

First, you need to download the template file by clicking **'Download Example File'**. This template that you will use to enter the required information about the audience.

Open the downloaded user template file. Then, enter the information required like first name, last name, email, gender, etc. (Note: all fields must be filled).

If the file is already, click the **'Choose file to upload'** button to upload the file, and 3Dolphins will redirect you to find the file in the local. Select the file and click the 'open' button.

Wait for the audience data upload process to succeed.

### Step 2: Verify

After the file has been imported successfully, you will be prompted to verify the data from the imported file. You can add an entire audience or select multiple audiences.

If you find a mistake regarding the audience information, you can click the 'previous' button to return to the previous step. If not, you can select the 'next' button.

### Langkah 3: Select Optional

In this step, you will be asked to select the industry, interest, and group of the entire audience from the imported file.

After it's done, select the 'Import' button. Or, you can return to the previous step by selecting the 'previous' button. If successful, you will get a success notification, and your new audience will be added to the All Audiences tab.
