Add Task Based on Related Ticket
Besides being able to add tasks on the task page, you can also add tasks based on the related ticket. On the ticket page, you can select and tap the ticket, then you will see conversation chat, in the upper right corner tap the 'option' button and select 'create task'.
In the form of new task, you can enter the task name, task detail, responsible persons, due date, etc. just like when you add tasks in general.
