To move a deal to another pipeline, simply go to the Pipeline that you want to move to, open the details of the deal and click the dropdown list on stage field. You should see an option called the 'Transfered to Other Pipeline' button.

After you click the button, application will allowing you to choose the new pipeline and stage you want your deal to be moved to.
