# Team Chat

The new features of team collaboration chat allow you to discuss with another user (Agent or Supervisor) in the channel’s, private group, or Direct Message (DM).

To be able to chat using the team chat feature, you should add your user into team collaboration chat on the omnichannel 3Dolphins, select **Administration** menu > **User Management** > click the **User** tab then, you will see a user list page.
