You will receive task notification if there are task activities like when someone adds you as an observer, participant, or responsible person. You also get notifications if someone comments on your task.
You also receive push notifications about your task notification. Push notifications will let you know about new chats and messages from customers, tasks from employees, or chat from team chat.
