The company module it allow you to find detail information about company such as Company name, address, phone, etc.
To begin, login as 'Sales' on Anywhere and go to Contact menu and click the Company tab , then you will see a Company page such as images below.
In addition to the filtering options, you can search for specific company by using the search field. To search for company, click the search field and typing your search term. Then we’ll display contact that contain your search term.
If you want to see the detail of the company, you can click one of the company that you wanted to see. Then, the application will show the company detail as shown below.
Component explanation :
Form Parameter | Description |
Company Name | Company name of your customers or potential customers. |
Address | The place where a companies can be found or communicated with. |
Website | Location on the World Wide Web which contains at least one webpage with data files that Internet users that may be accessed via a browser and help you attract visitors online. |
Phone Number | Phone number of your customers or potential customers (You can fill in the phone number with max. 14 digits). |
Fax | Fax code or number for send or receive facsimile communications (You can fill in the fax with max. 14 digits). |
User Access | To determine who can access company information. By default, you can select user access ‘Everyone’, ‘Owner’, ‘Owner Group’ and ‘Select Group’. |
After fill all required fields, you can click 'Save' button to create new company and you will see success notification.
In this feature you can edit company info, maybe it’s because you want to change the address, phone or other problems.
You can edit the company info by going to the Contact page and go to Company tab. Select and click company, then you will see a detail information of company. In the company info section, click the 'Edit' button in the right corner of the page. Then change the company info as needed. Click 'Save' button when finished.
Creating a company is a very easy and fast process. You simply open the company menu then in the bottom right corner click the “” button and fill in the required fields, such as company name and user access, etc.
