With 3Dolphins anywhere, you can compose and send customers your rich-text replies by selecting and tapping the ticket. And, lets you send your reply with send images or documents.
Any chat sent to 3Dolphins Live Chat, telegram, line, WhatsApp, and other channels is automatically transformed into a Ticket in your 3Dolphins account, which you can work on.
In the inbox tab, select and open the chat ticket. Then, you will see a conversation chat, type your message to reply chat. If you’re done, tap 'send' button. Then, the ticket status will change to ‘Pending‘ as shown images below.
When you create a company account, a support email will be assigned to you. Any email sent to this address gets automatically converted into a Ticket that you can get working on, in your 3Dolphins account.
In the inbox tab, select and open the message (e-mail) ticket. Then, you will see a conversation message. In this section, you can create a task based on the related ticket or tap the 'reply' button to reply message.
For example, click the 'reply' button and type the message in the text editor. If you’re done, tap the 'send' button to reply to the customer's message.
Sometimes, you might need to reply chat from customers using images. In the inbox tab, select and open the chat ticket. At the bottom of the conversation chat, tap the 'image' icon. Then, if this is your first time sending images, you will see a notification of permission to access photos, media, and files on your device, tap the 'allow' button
Find images in your device, select and tap the image will be sent to the customer. If the file submission is successful, you will see the file in the conversation chat as shown images below.
Sometimes, you might need to download files (images/document) that sent by customers to view and know information or problem that sent by customers to agents.
In the conversation chat, if you will download images sent by customer, tap the images and you will see a preview image, in the upper right corner, tap the download icon. Then images will be downloaded and you can view on your internal storage.
However, if you will download documents sent by the customer. Tap on the document, then the document will be downloaded automatically, and you can view it on your internal storage.
