How to Register as a Facebook Developers
The first step in creating a Facebook app is to register a developer account. To set up a developer account, do the following:
Go to link https://facebook.com
On the Facebook home page, create an account.
Fill in the form with any information you want your developer account, click the “Sign Up” button.
