Public Post Maker
Maker is responsible for making a new public post request. Basically, the steps required to make a new request are the same as the steps in the public post documentation, you can read the document here.
After you submit the public post that you have made, the public post will enter the Public Post Request tab with the status of Waiting and the public post will not be processed until it gets approval from Marketing Manager.
However, if your role is as a Marketing Manager, then when you submit a new public post, the public post will be directly enter the Public Post List and processed by the system.
