Create Automation
For example when you will display lead automation to set the label, set owner, and set lead status, then you must configure the trigger, filter and action as follows :
In the example case above, when Sales from Any Group is submitting lead form and the source of the lead is 'Import', the lead will have a label ‘Hot Lead’ with lead status 'Active', as shown images below.
If you want to create automation for archived lead, for example you can configure the trigger, filter and action as follows :
So when Sales from Any Group is archiving the lead with label 'Hot Lead', the label of the lead will become 'Cold Lead' with the owner is 'Zulfa Fahimah' and the lead status is 'Archived' as shown as image below.
