Customer comment in your video youtube channel.
Comment customer in your youtube channel can be incoming as a ticket to the 'Assigned' tab Agent or ‘Unassigned‘ tab supervisor.
If you log in as ‘Agent‘, make sure agent status is ‘Available‘.
