Smartcall
Smartcall is a feature for creating telephony tickets so you can talk to your customers by call. The integration of smartcalls with 3Dolphins is a new capability on that telephone line available on the 3Dolphins channel. On 3Dolphins SRM, we support integration with Smartcall by following the steps as described. So, when your customer makes call, it will convert to a ticket immediately, and your customer support will handle the call as quickly as they can.
