Select Bot and click the ‘Timeout’ icon (). Then, you will see a pop-up timeout message. Set the timeout in minutes and click the 'Save' button. And then, type what bot says and choose language dialog timeout and click the ‘’ button. You can choose the integrate field if you want to make a custom response for your timeout message using process flow ( this is optional).
