Operator Target

Operator Target report is feature that make it easy for supervisors to monitor the ticket target and time target from each agents. See tables with average ticket target score, average time target score and other metrics that can be filtered by date range, group, channels and agent. You can be download the operator target report to .xlsx file to your local drive for purposes of analysis, sharing or backup, as shown below.

In addition, the Supervisors can also see operator target report from specific agent by clicking action ‘Detail‘. Here you can be download the operator target report to csv file by clicking the ‘Download Operator Target‘ button to your local drive for analysis, sharing or backup purposes, as shown below.
