Change Status Development Mode Into Public
After you have created the App, it will be in the development mode, which is its default option. Once you have your app ready for publishing and public usage, you can change its development mode into public, thus allowing it to communicate and gather data from Facebook profiles which are not connected with the app itself.
On the permission and features page, click ‘Request Advanced Access’ on page_messaging.
After that, you only have to wait the result from Facebook related to your request.
Need to know, now development mode and live mode have been replaced with new data access levels, more flexibility and streamline integration when building and using your business app.
Standard Access is granted automatically and permits access to data owned by your business. Advanced Access must be requested through App Review to access data owned by people outside your business.
