Result of Create New Line Account Channel

To activate the line account channel, enable the toggle on the line account channel that has been added.

If connecting with proxy, please adjust the URL accordingly. When you activate your line account channel, for example the ‘3Dolphins‘ channel, make sure that ‘port‘ in the Channel URL has been set up. If you don’t set up ‘port’ in the Channel URL then the Application won’t work and the ticket customer cannot enter to the ‘Assigned‘ bucket tab agent.
