Public Post Checker
Checker has a role to review and approve the public post requested by the maker. The role of checker can only be done by the Marketing Manager, and here you can view the detail of the requested public post, approve or reject the public post.
After Maker makes a new public post request, you will get a new notification and the request will appear on the public post request tab on the public post page.
Click the 'View' button to see the detail of the request, then you can see the public post form as follows.
Approve Public Post
After view the details of the public post request and you agree to process the public post, you can approve it by clicking the 'Approve' button and clicking 'Yes' on the confirmation pop up, then the public post will move to the Public Post List tab and will be processed by the system, as shown below.
Reject Public Post
After view the details of the public post request and you do not agree to process the public post, it may be because of a mistake in the content of the public post, etc. You can reject it by clicking the 'Reject' button, then you are asked to write the feedback and click the 'Reject' button to continue. The public post will be successfully rejected and will no longer displayed on the Marketing Manager's Public Post Request tab.
Meanwhile, on the Marketing side, a notification will appear that the public post request has been rejected by the Marketing Manager, and the public post will have the status of 'Rejected' as follows.
You can also view and make changes to the rejected public post by clicking the public post, then the details of the public post will appear with the 'Edit' and 'Delete' action buttons as shown below.
