Customer Rating

In the bottom left side of the ticket or when agents close a conversation with customers, the agent can add a rating for the customer to how agents feel about customer inquiries when the agent handles customer tickets etc.

If the agent submitted rating, you can view the report of customer rating in the Analytic > Live Agent > Customer Rating. You can view the number of ratings and the average rating score on the customer rating bar graph and table customer rating of every ticket given by the Agent.
