Add Criteria

To be able to appraise agents in the appraisal form, you need template criteria to determine the points or criteria that will be appraised by quality assurance, such as the images below.

In the template rating criteria list, you can customize the template by adding point and criteria names to each channel by clicking the 'Edit' button.

In the upper right edit criteria page, the 'Template Setting' () button allows you to set the rating criteria type template. There are two types of templates: normal weight and critical/non-critical.

Component Explanation:

Criteria Type

Select the type of criteria template you want to apply.

Critical Point

This field only applies if you select the critical-non-critical criteria type. Enter the desired point for the critical value for the template. If you select the normal weight criteria type, this field will be automatically disabled.

Normal Weight Template Criteria

Using the normal weight criteria template, you can manually set the total score for the criteria template. The total score will be calculated based on the number of criteria points entered

In the upper right corner, click the '+New Criteria' button. Then, you will see a blank form to add criteria. Enter the information required like criteria name and point, then click the 'save' button.

Defined as the plural form of criterion, The standard for evaluating something. (Required)

Point

Maximum points in criteria (Required).

Boom Point

Point deducted for each criteria if the rating criteria is worth 'No'. (Optional)

You can add a remark category for each criteria to segment remarks more uniform when rated by QA's agent. The Remark category must be filled when the criteria are 'No' and can be filled when 'Yes'. Enter remark category then, click 'save'.

You will see menus for ‘Add sub criteria‘, ‘Edit Criteria‘, and ‘Remove Criteria‘. By default, you can add sub-criteria max. 3 branches. Sub criteria that were successfully added will show in the image below.

Critical/Non-Critical Template Criteria

The critical / non-critical criteria template allows users to add a critical score that will be included in the appraisal report. To use this template, previously in the appraisal setting you should choose a critical / non-critical template. After you enter the critical point value, the value (100-critical point) will become your non-critical value.

To add new criteria, click the '+ New Criteria' button. Then, you will see a form to add criteria. Enter the required information and click the 'save' button.

Critical Point

Tick this field and this criteria will become your critical scoring. Note: If you choose to tick this field, it will correlate with the critical point that you entered in the previous template setting. The critical point value will be adjusted based on the number of criteria that tick this field.

Example: You enter 20 at the critical point in the appraisal setting. So, if you make three criteria and two of them are critical points, the value for each of these criteria is 10.

If your sub-criteria is the critical point, the value of that criteria will be divided from the total critical point. But, if the sub-criteria is the non-critical point, the value of that criteria will be divided from the total of non-critical points and the parent criteria point will be obtained from the sum of these sub-criteria.
