Remove Form Builder

Sometimes you need to remove the form from a system when it’s no longer needed. On the Form Management page, select the form, and click the 'Remove' icon. Then, you will be prompted to confirm the remove request, click ‘Yes’ to proceed remove your selected form or you can click ‘No’ to return to the form management page.
