Click enable toggle to activate youtube channel has been added.
Customers comment on your video youtube channel.
Comment customers in your youtube channel can be incoming as a ticket to the 'Assigned' tab Agent or 'Unassigned' tab supervisor.
If you log in as 'Agent', make sure your agent status is 'Available'.
