Send Card

Send card which allows you to combine images and buttons into one object, and send them to the user, and you can also include multiple attachments in a carousel layout, which puts the attachments next to each other and allows the user to scroll across.

Click 'Send Card', fill in the required field, then click the 'Add Button' button, and you will see a new card page such image below.

Text Message

To display the answer from the bot in the form of a button. This button will send a text message. This button is useful for offering the message customers options to choose from, such as pre-determined responses to a question, or actions to take. You can upload cards with file types 'gif', 'jpg', and 'png', with max. the upload size is 2MB.

The label or text displayed on the button.

Message

This field is a payload (a question contained in the FAQ Knowledge).

For example, as in the image below, we use the digital asset send card > text message feature to display a message when a customer clicks the button like a feature button. Then how to display the payload button or callback message?

  1. Create knowledge to display payload.

  2. Create assets in the Digital Library by adding the 'Send Card' button and selecting 'Text Message'. Then input labels and messages (messages are entered according to the knowledge added in the first point)

  3. Create knowledge and attach digital assets that have been made in point two.

  4. The last step, make sure you attach the knowledge to the bot.

Digital Form

To display bot answers by using or attaching a form. This form is useful for asking the message recipient to fill in information such as the message recipient’s personal data or other things.

For example, as in the image below, we use the digital asset send card > digital form feature to obtain personal user data in order to continue the registration process. Then how do I add or attach a form to the bot answer?

  1. Create assets in the Digital Library > 'Send Card' > add buttons by selecting the 'Digital Form'. Then input labels and select form, click the 'save' button.

  2. Create knowledge and attach digital assets that have been made in the first point.

  3. The last step, make sure you attach the knowledge to the bot.

Buy Action

Buy action is an asset that can be used to create a product that can be attached to a knowledge answer. For example, when you create knowledge about product sales so that customers can immediately make transactions via chatbot, then you need to create digital assets regarding products to be sold through the digital library by selecting the digital asset send card by adding a buy action button.

For example, as in the image below, we use the digital asset send card > buy action feature to create digital assets regarding products to be sold through the digital library. Then how do I add or attach a buy action button to the Bot answer?

  1. Create assets in the Digital Library > 'Send Card' > add button by selecting 'Buy Action'. Then input labels, item name, item price, etc. click the 'save' button

  2. Create knowledge and attach digital assets that have been made in the first point.

  3. The last step, make sure you attach the knowledge to the bot.

Digital Content

To display the answer from the bot in the form of a button. This button will direct you to blog or content that has been created in the page builder. This button is useful for offering the message customers options to read more about the product in question via the content attached to the Bot answer.

For example, as in the image below, we use the digital asset send card > digital content feature to direct customers to view or read more about the product in question via the content attached to the Bot answer. Then how do I add or attach content to the Bot answer?

  1. Create assets in the Digital Library > 'Send Card' > add button by selecting 'Digital Content'. Then input labels and select content, click the 'save' button

  2. Create knowledge and attach digital assets that have been made in the first point.

  3. The last step, make sure you attach the knowledge to the bot.
