What should I do if the user still has an active session?

Sometimes, you may forget to log out from your 3Dolphins account after using it or, accidentally close your browser. Thus, will prevent you from being able to log in because you still have an active session like the images below.

If you're having trouble like that, here are some things you can try:

  1. Contact your Administrator.

  2. Try login again by using your credentials username and password.

But if you are an Administrator, follow the steps below to resolve this problem:

  1. Go to the Administration menu.

  2. Click the User Management page.

  3. Click the Active tab.

  4. Select the user that you wanted to kick.

  5. Try login again by using your credentials username and password.
