Form Records

When a customer fills out a form sent by a user, the form is automatically saved by default under Customer Service > Form Management > Form Record > Tasks, which you can view on the right side to get approval or rejection from the Agent. These forms are also categorized by module, making it easier for you to view all forms based on a specific module.

However, if the form that has been filled out by the customer does not appear on the Tasks tab, make sure that you have assigned the form to your groups. To see how to assign forms to groups, please refer to the document user management-group.

For example, if a customer wants to register and you, as the user, send the Form Activation, once the customer fills out the form, it will automatically be saved in the Task section by the system, as shown in the image below.

When you click the 'Endorse' button, the system will display a confirmation pop-up message, allowing you to provide additional information before the form is approved.

By default, the form will be saved in the Endorsed tab once it has been approved. In the Endorsed tab, you can also view the data of all approved forms based on the selected form.

The system will also display a confirmation pop-up message for the agent to provide additional information before the form is rejected.

By default, the form will be saved in the Rejected tab after it is rejected. In the Rejected tab, Agents can view all rejected forms categorized by a specific module.
