Form Records
When a customer fills out a form sent by the User, by default the form will be stored in the Customer Service menu > Form Management > Form Record > Tasks based on the particular module on your right side to get approval or rejected from the agent. These are also categorized by modules which makes it easy for you to see all forms based on a particular module.
However, if the form that has been filled out by the customer does not appear on the Tasks tab, make sure that you have assigned the form to your groups. To see how to assign forms to groups, please refer to the document user management-group.
The system will display a pop-up confirmation message for the Agent to provide additional information before the form is approved. By default, it will be stored in the Endorsed tab after the agent's approval. On the endorsed tab also agents can view all forms that have been approved for a specific module.
The system will also display a confirmation message for the agent to provide additional information before the form is rejected. And, by default, it will be stored in the Rejected tab after the agent's rejection. On the rejected tab also agents can view all forms that have been rejected for a specific module.
