Feedback Template

When using customer feedback a template can be helpful to reduce the workload around commonly used questions by allowing you to create or reuse previously constructed and saved templates. This menu only can be accessed by Quality Assurance and Manager QA. The feedback template page provides the following features:

  1. Create a new feedback question.

  2. Attach feedback template to channel.

  3. Activate and Deactivate feedback template

  4. Edit an existing feedback template.

  5. Delete feedback template.

Go to the Quality Assurance menu and click the Feedback Template menus, then you will see a feedback template page such images below.
