# Form Builder

The main key to being able to assign forms to a group, add digital forms to a digital library, or send form attachments to customer messages is to create a digital form on the **Form Builder** menu.&#x20;

On the **Form Builder** page, you can create a new form even edit your own form. You can also remove the form when you are no longer needed. If you want to share the particular form to your customer, this is also compatible for it by using generate link and you can also manage all the forms that you have been created.

To access this menu, go to the **Customer Service** menu, and select the **Form Management** submenu. Then, click the **'Form Builder'** button located at the top right corner of the page.

After clicking the **'Form Builder'** button, you will see the following page.
