Form Builder

The main key to being able to assign forms to a group, add digital forms to a digital library, or send form attachments to customer messages is to create a digital form on the Form Builder menu.

On the Form Builder page, you can create a new form even edit your own form. You can also remove the form when you are no longer needed. If you want to share the particular form to your customer, this is also compatible for it by using generate link and you can also manage all the forms that you have been created.

To access this menu, go to the Customer Service menu, and select the Form Management submenu. Then, click the 'Form Builder' button located at the top right corner of the page.
