Wallboards 3Dolphins allow you to see the activity of your Agents, channel traffic, ticket traffic and tagging ticket in real-time, with an automatic refresh rate.

Log in as Supervisor or Administrator, go to Analytic menu and click the Wallboard menu, then you will see a wallboard page such as images below.
