# WhatsApp

The WhatsApp menu provides reports that help you monitor WhatsApp activities, including broadcast message delivery and WhatsApp Flow usage.

This menu consists of two sections: **WhatsApp Usage** and **WhatsApp Flow**. WhatsApp Usage is used to view reports related to WhatsApp message delivery activities. Meanwhile, **WhatsApp Flow** is used to monitor the usage of Flows that support customer interactions through more structured communication flows.

To access the WhatsApp menu, navigate to the **Analytics** page, then select the **WhatsApp** menu. The **WhatsApp** page will be displayed, as shown in the following image.
