# WhatsApp

Whatsapp report helps the supervisor to get an overview of the status of all Whatsapp broadcasts. The Whatsapp analytics page is now segregated into Business Initiate Conversation (BIC) and User Initiate Conversation (UIC).

User initiate conversation is when customers initiate a conversation with your company's Whatsapp business. Meanwhile, the business-initiated conversation begins when your business sends a broadcast message to all of your customers.

**Note:** If your customers send the message first and then your business sends the broadcast message within 24 hours, the message is still classified as UIC message.

To begin, login as **Supervisor** or **Administrator**, then go to the **Analytic** menu and click the **WhatsApp** menus, then you will see a Whatsapp usage page such images below.

### Business Initiate Conversation (BIC)

The graph on the business initiated conversation tab explains:

### User Initiate Conversation (UIC)
