You can use the email reply template to answer the same questions or frequently asked by customers via the email channel or even global questions about products or services that have default answers. So, you don’t need to retype answers that can lead to different answers to the same question.
On this page, you can also manage your signature email and the auto-reply message to send or reply to your customer. The signature email and the auto-reply message will appear based on the channel email that you used. To access this page, go to the Customer Service page and select the Email Template menu. This page only can be accessed by Supervisor and Administrator.
