Email Template

You can use email reply templates to answer the same or frequently asked questions by customers through email channels or even global questions about products or services that have the same answer. So, you don't have to retype answers that can produce different answers to the same question.

On this page, you can also manage your signature email and the auto-reply message to send or reply to your customer. The signature email and the auto-reply message will appear based on the channel email that you used.

To access this page, go to the Customer Service page and select the Email Template menu. This page only can be accessed by Supervisor and Administrator.
