# Virtual Agent

The virtual agent section provides in-depth knowledge about your chatbots. Here you can analyze the intents fallback, compare data according to user message vs bot message, bot engagement, and much more. 

To access this page,  Go to the **Analytic** menu and click the **Virtual Agent** menu, then you will see a virtual agent page.
