# Operator Target

Companies usually require KPI to determine employee performance. KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively an agent is achieving or to evaluate their success at reaching targets. So, 3Dolphins provide an Operator Target menu that allowed Supervisors to set the target for their Agents. With Agent KPI and target module in 3Dolphins, allows the Supervisor to determine and plan how many tickets will be handled by the agent with a specific target time.

If you want to access this feature, log in as a **Supervisor** and go to the **Employee** menu and click the **Operator Target** menu, then you will see an operator target page such images below.
