Sometimes when users report problems with the 3Dolphins application to our support, our team unable to locate the issue. It will be different if the user can immediately show our support team the issues they are experiencing, as the issues will be easier to solve.
With co-browsing menu can help you make that happen because using this feature allows our users and our support team to do real-time screen share of the 3Dolphins application running on the user's device. This feature is an integration between the 3Dolphins application and the cobrowse.io application.
