Marketing Template
When you want to increase sales, build customer loyalty, or draw attention to a product or service, you can use the 'Marketing' category template to send promotional messages, special offers, or marketing-related information to customers.
To use a Marketing Template, go to the Marketing menu and select the Template menu. Then, on the New Request Template page, you can choose the 'Marketing' category. In a marketing template, there are options you can select, namely Standard Message and Carousel Message, as shown in the image below.

Component Explanation:
Template Name
The title of the template. WhatsApp recommends using a descriptive name for your template.
WhatsApp Account
The WhatsApp account you will use.
Category
The category for the template according to your needs. There are 3 template categories:
Utility
Marketing
Authentication
Language
The language used to create the template.
Header
The top section of the template display, which can be text or media, is optional. You can use either a text header or a media header. To learn more about template headers, you can refer to this page.
Note: You can enter a maximum of 60 characters.
Body
The content of the template message. To learn more about the body template, you can refer to this page.
Note: You can enter a maximum of 1024 characters.
Footer
A short message located below the template message, which is optional. To learn more about the footer template, you can refer to this page.
Note: You can enter a maximum of 60 characters.
Buttons
Additional action buttons that you can add to the template. There are 4 template buttons:
Quick Reply
Website/URL
Call
Copy Offer Code

Message Expiry
Determines the message expiry time, where the message will not be sent or processed after the specified time has passed.
Workflow Integration
Determines whether the delivery of messages using this template must go through a configured workflow.
