# Marketing Template

When you want to increase sales, build customer loyalty, or draw attention to a product or service, you can use the 'Marketing' category template to send promotional messages, special offers, or marketing-related information to customers.

To use a Marketing Template, go to the **Marketing** menu and select the **Template** menu. Then, on the **New Request Template** page, you can choose the **'Marketing'** category. In a marketing template, there are options you can select, namely **Standard Message** and **Carousel Message**, as shown in the image below.

You can use either a text header or a media header.
