# Delete Template

Sometimes you may need to delete a template if it is no longer needed. However, you will no longer be able to use the same template name as the template name that has been created before, even though the template has been deleted. For further information, you can visit [this article](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/2047376461998278?id=2129163877102343&_rdc=1&_rdr).

To delete the template, click the (<img src="/files/-MUNmg5GQKQ9YWZQzGQ3" alt="" data-size="line">) icon in the Action field, then a confirmation pop-up will appear, click **'Yes'** to delete the template or click **'No'** to cancel.
