# Bot Visitor Volume

The bot visitors volume is feature that make it easy for Supervisors see the number of visits that handled by bot on your channel within a specific time period which channel your visitors are using to get in touch with your Bot.

By acquiring the visit ratio, you can monitor how well your bot channel is being utilized. The visitor volume report can be filter by date range and viewed based on hour, day, week or month. In addition, you can be download visitor volume to a .XLS, .PDF, .CSV or .TXT files, as shown below.
