# Create New Service Analytic

The function of a new analytic service to embed the zoomdata report. This section contains instructions on how to create a new service analytic.

To begin, go to ***analytic*** menu and click the ***live agent*** menus, then you will see a live agent page. In the upper right corner click the ‘***+New Service Analytic***‘ button. Then, you will see a pop up to add new service analytic, enter service analytic name and service analytic script, then click ‘***Save***‘ button.
