# Create a New Channel of Smartcall

Go to the integration menu and click the channel connector menus, then you will see a channel connector page such images below.

To create a smartcall channel, click the **‘Add Channel‘** button, and then you will see a pop-up to add channel setting and you will be asked to enter the channel name, server, and WebSocket server. If you’re done, you can click the ‘Save‘ button.

| Field Name       | Description                           |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------- |
| Channel Name     | Name of your channel.                 |
| Server           | Link server from smartcall.           |
| WebSocket Server | Link WebSocket server from smartcall. |
