Live agent productivity is feature that make it easy for Supervisors to monitor your Agent’s productivity through graph ‘AHT’, ‘Agent Productivity’, ‘E-mail’, ‘Telephony’, ‘Web & InApps Chat’, ‘Chat and Social Media’, and ‘Walk-In’ which can be filtered by date range and live agent name that can be downloaded to a .XLS, .PDF, .CSV or .TXT files, as shown below.
