How to Use Co-Browsing

When you have successfully added a co-browsing menu, you can immediately use the menu by going to the Administration page >> Co-Browsing Menu.

If you already have a cobrowse.io account you can log in directly by clicking the 'Sign In' button. Then, you will be presented with the login page. Enter your email and click 'sign in with email'. Then, open your email, and click the 'Continue Login' link in the email you received.

However, if you don't have an account yet, click the 'Create Account' button at the top right of the page. You will be presented with the Create a New Account page. Enter the required information such as your company name and your login method (using the desired email address) and click 'Sign up with Email'.

If successful you will see a share link page to add your company team and also your license key.

Your license key will be needed later to integrate the cobrowse.io application with the 3Dolphins application.

If you have successfully logged in, you will see a dashboard display as shown below.

On the dashboard page, you will be shown a list of accounts and devices that are currently logged in to your 3Dolphins application. Select the device you want to connect by clicking the 'Connect' button. Then, on the objected device will be asked for permission to access your device.

Click 'Allow' to continue or click 'Deny' to cancel this action. If you have successfully connected you will see a display as shown in the image below.
