Why should you implement bots in your channel? By adding a bot to the channel, it will make the channel message more interactive and you don't need to waste your customer service time serving and answering basic questions from the customer.
To deploy bots on the channel, select Bot and click the ‘Channel Deployment’ icon (). Then, you will see a pop-up of channel deployment. Select channel on the 'Available Channels' and click the ‘plus’ button ().
