To display a response message when the bot doesn’t understand the intent of the customer’s question. This setting will be used after bot ensures there's no response message that suitable with bot knowledge or classifier tagging on fallback message.
Select Bot and click the ‘Unrecognized Setting’ icon (). Then, you will see a pop-up of an unrecognized setting. Type what bot says and choose the language unrecognized message and click the ‘plus’ button ().
