The growl is used to show a message to notify the user. This message is notified as a result of a certain action, such as when things go wrong (error notification), for events that require user attention (warning notification), for reporting of a successful end of an operation or action (success notification) or other problem. The user will receive a growl notification on the dashboard when the trigger has been executed.
For example, we create an automation ticket when the ticket is assigned to the operator, the system will automatically run the growl process flow.
So, when tickets are assigned to the agent, the agent will automatically receive a growl notification “Ada pesan baru untukmu”, as in the example image below.
