In the Account & Recipients form you can select the channel account that you will use to send broadcast messages, and also manage message recipients, you can use upload from CSV, select from Contact, or select from Group
You can customize your recipients when you select a WhatsApp account only.
For example, if you want to send notifications to a large number of customers, you can write down the contact information on the CSV template and upload the CSV in this feature.
Select the recipient Upload from CSV then click the Download example file button to download the CSV template as shown below.
Then fill in the CSV template with the customer's phone number, you can add the customer to infinity, as shown below.
Upload the CSV by clicking the Upload CSV button then select the CSV template from your local storage, and will show pop up of recipient document successfully uploaded as shown below.
For example, if you want to send a notification to several registered customers, you can select an existing contact by selecting recipients Select from Contact, then in the Recipient options column you can type in the customer's name, then it will shows some of suggestions according to the customer name you entered.
Select the contacts that you want, and you can also add some other contacts as shown below.
If the customer contact saved number starts with '0' then when you select the contact, it will show pop up confirmation to change it to '62' according to the Indonesia country code number.
For example, you want to send a notification to all customers who are in a certain group, then you can simply select the group that you want by clicking Select from Group in the recipients field, click the recipient options field then check the group that you want.
You can select one or several groups as shown below.
For example, you want to send a notification to your potential customers who are on the list of leads page, then you can simply select the lead that you want by clicking Select from Lead in the recipients field, click the recipient options field then check leads that you want.
