The visitors volume is feature that make it easy for Supervisors see the number of visits that handled by Agent’s on your channel within a specific time period and which channel your visitors are using to get in touch with your Agent’s.
By acquiring the visit ratio, you can monitor how well your omni-channel contact center is being utilized. The visitor volume report can be filter by date range and viewed based on hour, day, week or month. In addition, you can be download visitor volume to a .XLS, .PDF, .CSV or .TXT files, as shown below.
