Visitors volume is a feature that makes it easy for supervisors to see the number of visits handled by agents on your channel within a specific time period and which channel your visitors are using to get in touch with your agents. By acquiring the visit ratio, you can monitor how well your customers support dashboard is being utilized by the agent.
To view the report, go to the Analytic menu and click the Live Agent menus, then click Visitors Volume which you can find on the left sidebar.
