WhatsApp report helps the supervisor to get an overview the status of all WhatsApp Broadcast. You can see chart bar with the detail of broadcast status read, delivered, sent, and failed. This also can be filtered by date range and message template.
To begin, login as ‘Supervisor‘ or ‘Administrator’, then go to analytic menu and click the WhatsApp menus, then you will see an WhatsApp page such as images below.
Component explanation:
Status | Description |
Read | Broadcast message has been read by customer. |
Delivered | Broadcast message has been received by customer. |
Sent | Broadcast message has been sent to customer but customer hasn't received yet. |
Failed | Broadcast message failed to send. |
