Whatsapp report helps the supervisor to get an overview of the status of all Whatsapp broadcasts. The Whatsapp analytics page is now segregated into Business Initiate Conversation (BIC) and User Initiate Conversation (UIC).
User initiate conversation is when customers initiate a conversation with your company's Whatsapp business. Meanwhile, the business-initiated conversation begins when your business sends a broadcast message to all of your customers.
Note: If your customers send the message first and then your business sends the broadcast message within 24 hours, the message is still classified as UIC message.
To begin, login as Supervisor or Administrator, then go to the Analytic menu and click the WhatsApp menus, then you will see a Whatsapp usage page such images below.
The graph on the business initiated conversation tab explains:

Total | Total broadcast message. |
Read | Broadcast message has been read by customer. |
Delivered | Broadcast message has been received by customer. |
Sent | Broadcast message has been sent to customer but customer hasn't received yet. |
Failed | Broadcast message failed to send. |
In addition to bar charts, this report also contains detailed table information of all broadcasts initiated by your business. The following is an explanation of the table information:

Template | Broadcast template name used to send messages. |
Origin Type | Indicates the Whatsapp template category is used to broadcast. There are three categories, i.e.,
