Add Task based on Ticket

Besides being able to add tasks to the task management menu, you can also add tasks based on related ticket in the customer support menu > select ticket > click activity ticket > add task. Then you will see a pop-up to add task as shown images below.
For example, enter task name and detail task. Then, you can add responsible persons, participants, and observers. Besides that, you can also set the due date, reminder date, priority task, or even add a checklist to the task.
When done, at the bottom you can click the 'save task' button. Then, you will see a successful pop-up and the task will be displayed on the task list, as shown below.
